Do I need previous experience?+
Not for every position. Each role explains its requirements, and we provide full training during paid onboarding.
How and when am I paid?+
Salary is paid monthly in USD. Commission and bonuses earned in a month are paid together with the following month's salary.
Can I work part-time?+
Yes. Part-time schedules receive a prorated base salary and proportional targets, with the same commission rates.
What equipment do I need?+
A reliable computer, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
Which countries can apply?+
Applicants from all countries are welcome, provided they are at least 18 years old. We hire on capability, not location.
Which law applies to my contract, and who pays taxes?+
Employment or contractor agreements are concluded individually and are governed by the laws of the country where you live and work, including its tax, social security and labour rules. Pay is stated in USD; amounts in other currencies are estimates at reference rates. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for your local tax obligations.
