You must be at least 18 years old to take the assessment and apply. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself, and you may only apply on your own behalf.

You may use the website to learn about Bartesa, take the matching assessment and apply for a position. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's information.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or areas you are not authorised to access.
• Interfere with the website's operation, security or other users.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload or manipulate the website or the assessment.

The matching assessment gives a recommendation, not a decision. A member of our team reviews every application, and we decide on shortlisting and hiring based on fair and non-discriminatory criteria.

Nothing on the website is an offer of employment or engagement. Submitting an application does not create an employment or contractor relationship. An offer is only binding once a written agreement has been signed by you and by us.

Positions, pay, targets and conditions shown on the website describe our current approach and may change. The terms that apply to you are those set out in your signed agreement.

Bartesa never asks applicants to pay a fee, buy equipment from us or share banking passwords. If someone asks you for this in our name, do not pay and report it via our contact page.

Pay is set and stated in US dollars (USD). Amounts shown in other currencies on the website are estimates converted at reference exchange rates, for information only; the amounts you actually receive in your local currency may differ.

Unless your agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for meeting any tax obligations that apply to you in your country, such as declaring your income and paying income tax.

Employment or contractor agreements are concluded individually with each person we hire. Each agreement is governed by the laws of the country where that person lives and works (their country of residence), including its tax, social security and labour rules.

These terms govern only the use of the website. They do not govern any employment or contractor relationship; if these terms and your agreement differ, your agreement prevails.

Team sign-in is for authorised team members only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account; we recommend enabling two-step sign-in.

Referral links must be shared honestly. They must not be used for spam, misleading promotion, self-referrals or fake applications. Referral credit and bonuses are determined by the rules shown in your dashboard and your agreement.

The content, design and software of the website belong to GB RECRUITMENT SERVICES (UK) LTD or its licensors. Photographs are used under the Pexels licence. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These website terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, the country where GB RECRUITMENT SERVICES (UK) LTD is registered. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Employment and contractor agreements are governed by the law of the team member's country of residence, as described above.
